We will deliver the products you order to the address you specify as the shipping address when you create your account with us. We will endeavour to dispatch your order by the next working day subject to stock availability. Products will only be shipped after payment has been received.
Note: If you request your order to be left by the courier without obtaining your acknowledgement of receipts, we will not be responsible for any loss or non-delivery of your order.
FREIGHT & HANDLING CHARGES WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Freight & Handling is FREE anywhere in New Zealand if you purchase over NZ$100.00 (exclude rural deliveries, interisland charges if any and bulky food items).
Freight & Handling for supplement purchases under NZ$100.00 is charged as follows:
Auckland & North Island NZ$5.00
South Island NZ$5.00
Additional freight charges may apply for bulky food items.
For Rural Delivery
A surcharge of NZ$5.00 is applied to the standard freight costs. The charges for rural deliveries are as follow:
Under $100.00 supplement purchase NZ$10.00
Over $100.00 supplement purchase NZ$5.00
Additional freight charges may apply for bulky food items.
All orders must be paid by either Visa, Mastercard or Direct Credit into our bank accunt. We do not accept all other cards.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not subject to (exempted from) New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST). The system will exclude the GST amount from the purchase amount if the specified shipping address is outside New Zealand.
Freight & Handling charges for an international order depend on the following:
the country of delivery;
the weight of the products ordered; and
the type of delivery (Economy, Air or Express).
We will email and confirm with you the freight & handling charges of an international order before we process the order.
Important Note: You are responsible for complying with the requirements of your local customs for products you intend to purchase. Please check with your local customs with respect to customs/import duties and other requirements or restrictions on the products you intend to purchase before you proceed to place your order.
PRODUCT RETURN
Any refund for products returned will be given less the freight & handling costs incurred. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% of the invoice amount or NZ$10.00 whichever is higher. |
