Ingredients per 3 soft gels: EPA 246mg, DHA 375mg, other Omega 3s 135mg, Vitamin A 390-900 IU, Vitamin D 1-12 IU, Vitamin E 45 IU. Other ingredients: gelatin, water, glycerin, d-alpha tocopherol, natural lemon oil, rosemary extract. No milk derivatives, artificial colours or flavours.

Dosage: 3 soft gels daily, with food.
